Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an Actura account or using the Actura web app or WhatsApp bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Actura.
What Actura Is
Actura is a personal productivity tool: tasks, notes, and calendar entries you capture by web or by sending messages to an Actura WhatsApp number. Actura is provided as-is and is currently in active development; features may change.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Each account is for one person. Do not share your account or use it to send unsolicited messages through the WhatsApp integration.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Actura to send spam, harass others, host illegal content, attempt to compromise the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, and messages you create in Actura. You grant Actura a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service (e.g., parsing a WhatsApp message into a task, summarizing a note). See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling and Google user data treatment.
Third-Party Services
Actura integrates with Meta WhatsApp, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Their respective terms also apply to your use of those features through Actura. We are not responsible for outages or behavior changes in third-party services.
No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Actura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actura's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Actura in the prior 12 months (or zero on the free tier). Actura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using Actura at any time and request account deletion at er.admin.manager@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
